Часть имущества, оставшаяся незавещанной, распределяется между наследниками по закону, призываемыми к наследованию в порядке статей 1141-1150 настоящего Кодекса. В число этих наследников входят и те наследники по закону, которым другая часть имущества была оставлена по завещанию.
