Статья 1096. Ответственность за нарушение патента

По требованию владельца патента нарушение патента должно быть прекращено, а нарушитель обязан возместить владельцу патента понесенные им убытки. Вместо убытков владелец патента вправе взыскать с нарушителя полученные им вследствие нарушения доходы. (В редакции Закона КР от 17 февраля 2003 года № 39)
