Взаимоотношения соавторов изобретения, полезной модели промышленного образца определяются соглашением между ними. Нетворческое содействие созданию изобретения, полезной модели, промышленного образца (техническая, организационная или математическая помощь, содействие оформлению прав и т.п.) не влечет за собой соавторства.
