1. Автору произведения принадлежат следующие личные неимущественные права:
право авторства; право на имя; право на обнародование, включая право на отзыв; право на неприкосновенность произведения.
2. Соглашение автора с кем-либо и заявление автора об отказе осуществления личных неимущественных прав ничтожны.
