Пенсионные активы формируются за счет пенсионных вкладов и части
доходов от их размещения, учтенных на пенсионных счетах.
Средства, накопленные на пенсионных счетах, не изымаются для пога-
шения долговых и иных обязательств вкладчиков и получателей и не подле-
жат бесспорному взысканию государственными органами Кыргызской Респуб-
лики. Взыскание может быть произведено только по решению суда.
