В случаях причинения вреда здоровью граждан производителями, по-
ставщиками и распространителями соли виновные обязаны возместить по-
терпевшим лицам вред - в объеме и порядке, установленных законо-
дательством Кыргызской Республики.
Лица, совместно причинившие вред здоровью граждан, несут
солидарную ответственность по его возмещению.
Возмещение вреда указанными лицами не освобождает их от
привлечения к административной или иной ответственности в
соответствии с законодательством Кыргызской Республики.
