Контроль за реализацией и исполнением настоящего Закона осуществляется органом государственного управления в области почтовой связи Кыргызской Республики, органом государственного регулирования в области почтовой связи Кыргызской Республики, другими государственными органами, осуществляющими контроль за исполнением законов и законодательных актов Кыргызской Республики.
