Внести в Закон Кыргызской Республики "О почетных званиях и Почетной грамоте Кыргызской Республики" (Ведомости Жогорку Кенеша Кыргызской Республики, 2000 г., N 5, ст.239) следующее дополнение: в статье 2: дополнить статью абзацем шестым следующего содержания: "Народный учитель Кыргызской Республики"; абзацы шестой - двадцать второй статьи считать абзацами седьмым двадцать третьим.
