Настоящий Закон вступает в силу с момента подписания и подлежит
исполнению в течение шести месяцев.
Если в течение указанного в настоящей статье срока органами,
ответственными за исполнение настоящего Закона, не был применен акт
амнистии в отношении лиц, подпадающих под действие настоящего Закона,
акт амнистии в отношении этих лиц может быть применен в любое иное
время.
Лица, виновные в неисполнении настоящего Закона в указанный срок,
несут ответственность в соответствии с законодательством
Кыргызской Республики.
