1. Когда письменная оферта не содержит срока для акцепта, договор считается заключенным, если акцепт получен лицом, направившим оферту, до окончания срока, установленного законодательством, а если такой срок не установлен, - в течение нормально необходимого для этого времени.
2. Когда оферта сделана устно без указания срока для акцепта, договор считается заключенным, если другая сторона немедленно заявила о ее акцепте.
