Статья 383. Договор и закон

1. Договор должен соответствовать обязательным для сторон правилам, установленным законодательством (императивным нормам), действующим в момент его заключения.
2. Отношения сторон по договору, заключенному до введения закона в действие, регулируются в соответствии со статьей 3 настоящего Кодекса.
