1. Иск о применении последствий недействительности ничтожной сделки может быть предъявлен в течение трех лет со дня, когда началось ее исполнение.
2. Иск о признании оспоримой сделки недействительной и о применении последствий ее недействительности может быть предъявлен в течение года со дня прекращения насилия или угрозы, под влиянием которых была совершена сделка (пункт 1 статьи 197), либо со дня, когда истец узнал или должен был узнать об иных обстоятельствах, являющихся основанием для признания сделки недействительной.
