Правительству Кыргызской Республики:
обеспечить приведение собственных решений в соответствие с
настоящим Законом;
в трехмесячный срок со дня вступления в силу настоящего Закона
принять меры по разработке нового отличительного знака для
обозначения медицинских и фармацевтических учреждений, не обладающих
правом на использование эмблемы в соответствии с настоящим Законом;
принять иные меры, необходимые для реализации положений настоящего
Закона.
