Контроль за соблюдением положений настоящего Закона, регулирующих
использование эмблемы Красного Полумесяца и Красного Креста,
названия "Красный Полумесяц" и "Красный Крест" и отличительных
сигналов органами и лицами, правомочными на их использование,
осуществляется в соответствии с законодательством Кыргызской
Республики.
