Иностранные граждане и лица без гражданства могут свободно передвигаться по территории Кыргызской Республики, открытой для их посещения. В местностях, закрытых для посещения иностранных граждани лиц без гражданства, въезд и передвижение осуществляются только по разрешению уполномоченного государственного органа в сфере регистрации населения.
