The act is no longer in force. Basis: Закон КР от 17 октября 2008 года № 231.
Правительству Кыргызской Республики:
- привести свои решения в соответствие с настоящим Законом;
- возместить переплату по налогу с владельцев транспортных средств
за 2000 год, внесенную до принятия настоящего Закона, путем зачета
в счет платежей по данному виду налога за 2001 год.
