Внести в Закон Кыргызской Республики "О государственном пенсионном социальном страховании" (Ведомости Жогорку Кенеша Кыргызской Республики, 1997 г., N 8, ст.392) следующее дополнение: пункт 6 статьи 9 дополнить абзацем третьим следующего содержания: "Расходы, связанные с досрочным выходом на пенсию лиц, указанных в настоящем пункте, до достижения общеустановленного возраста выхода на пенсию, финансируются из республиканского бюджета.".
