Регистрация фирменного наименования может быть признана недействительной полностью или частично в течение всего срока ее действия, если она была произведена в нарушение требований настоящего Закона, по решению Апелляционного совета в случае, если оно не было обжаловано в суд, или по решению суда. Законом КР от 27 января 2014 года № 19 внесены изменения в статью 24, изложенную на государственном языке.
