Государственному служащему устанавливается ежегодный оплачиваемый

пятнадцати лет с учетом требований статьи 28 настоящего Закона,
оплачиваемый отпуск увеличивается соответственно на два, четыре и
шесть календарных дней.
В отдельных случаях государственному служащему руководителем
государственного органа может быть предоставлен отпуск без сохранения
заработной платы на срок не свыше двух недель в году.
