К государственным органам Кыргызской Республики относятся органы,
установленные Конституцией Кыргызской Республики, их аппараты, а
также другие создаваемые на основе законов Кыргызской Республики,
указов Президента Кыргызской Республики органы, уполномоченные
осуществлять функцию государственной власти.
