1. В конце финансового года общее собрание участников кредитного союза может объявлять дивиденды, подлежащие выплате по сберегательным паям. Дивиденды выплачиваются из свободного остатка средств кредитного союза после отчислений в резервы и других необходимых отчислений с отнесением указанных выплат на расходы кредитного союза.
2. Наследники умершего участника кредитного союза, признанные таковыми в соответствии с законодательством, наследуют его сберегательные паи вместе со всеми начисленными дивидендами.
