Сотрудникам органов Кыргызской Республики, осуществляющих борьбу с
терроризмом, проходящим службу на должностях оперативного состава,
и лицам, оказывающим содействие органам Кыргызской Республики,
ведущим борьбу с терроризмом, в случае угрозы их жизни и
собственности за счет специально выделяемых государством средств
