Если действиями (бездействием) субъекта естественной и разрешенной монополий, нарушающими настоящий Закон, причинены убытки другому хозяйствующему субъекту или физическому лицу, в том числе путем необоснованного завышения цены (тарифа), эти убытки подлежат возмещению субъектом естественной и разрешенной монополий в соответствии с законодательством Кыргызской Республики.
