Государственный нотариус на основании заявления капитана, данных
судового журнала, а также опроса самого капитана и по возможности
не менее двух свидетелей из числа командного состава судна и двух
свидетелей из судовой команды составляет акт о морском протесте и
заверяет его своей подписью и гербовой печатью. Экземпляр акта
выдается капитану или уполномоченному лицу.
