Юридические и физические лица обязаны обеспечивать сохранность объектов историко-культурного наследия, находящихся на землях, предоставленных им в пользование. Историко-археологические памятники и археологические находки приватизации не подлежат. (В редакции Закона КР от 13 января 2014 года № 10)
