Языком международного договора Кыргызской Республики является
кыргызский язык, в некоторых случаях русский язык и язык другой
договаривающейся стороны (сторон).
По согласованию с другой стороной международного договора языком
договора может быть избран иной язык.
Язык, на котором составлен текст международного договора,
указывается в тексте данного договора, где определяется его
аутентичность и официальность.
Международные договоры заключаются в письменной форме.
