Кыргызской Республики
1. Решение о ратификации международных договоров Кыргызской Рес-
публики (в том числе финансовых договоров и кредитных соглашений) при-
нимается Жогорку Кенешем Кыргызской Республики в форме закона и подпи-
сывается Президентом Кыргызской Республики.
2. Исключен (В соответствии с редакцией Закона КР от
28 апреля 2007 года № 64)
