внесены с согласия Правительства.
Изменения в закон о республиканском бюджете, проекты законов о
введении или отмене налогов, об освобождении от их уплаты,
изменении финансовых обязательств государства, другие проекты законов,
предусматривающие увеличение расходов, покрываемых за счет
государственного бюджета, либо сокращение его доходной части, могут
быть приняты только с согласия Правительства.
