Настоящий Закон регулирует отношения, возникающие между нанимателем и работником в связи с созданием и использованием служебных изобретений, полезных моделей, промышленных образцов. Положения настоящего Закона распространяются на служебные изобретения, полезные модели, промышленные образцы, созданные на предприятиях, в учреждениях, организациях (далее - организация) любых форм собственности.
