Участники венчурной деятельности, венчурные инвесторы, стартапы и инновационные компании вправе заключать между собой и/или с работниками, консультантами или любыми лицами, заинтересованными в развитии стартапа, опционные договоры в соответствии с требованиями, установленными гражданским законодательством Кыргызской Республики.
