1. Законодательство Кыргызской Республики в сфере товарных бирж и биржевой торговли состоит из настоящего Закона и других нормативных правовых актов, принимаемых в соответствии с настоящим Законом.
2. В отношении товарных бирж, расположенных на специальной финансовой инвестиционной территории "Тамчы" с особым правовым режимом и статусом, требования настоящего Закона не применяются.
