Коносамент передается с соблюдением следующих правил:
1) именной - по именным передаточным надписям или в иной форме в соответствии с правилами, установленными для уступки долгового требования;
2) ордерный - по именным или бланковым передаточным надписям;
3) на предъявителя - посредством вручения.
