1. Ни один из членов экипажа судна не может быть принят на работу без согласия капитана.
2. Отказ капитана принять в состав экипажа лицо, направленное судовладельцем, должен быть обоснованным. Такой отказ оформляется письменно и передается судовладельцу и лицу, которому отказано в приеме на работу.
