1. Положения настоящей главы (арест судна) применяются к судам, находящимся в собственности государства и эксплуатируемым им в коммерческих целях.
2. На такие суда не распространяется судебный иммунитет в отношении морских требований, предусмотренных настоящим Кодексом.
