На борту рыболовных судов кроме документов, перечисленных в статье 37 настоящего Кодекса, должно находиться международное свидетельство о безопасности рыболовного судна. Настоящее правило не распространяется на суда, используемые для:
1) обработки и перевозки рыбы и других биологических ресурсов моря;
2) проведения научных исследований и обучения;
3) спорта и отдыха.
