Право преимущественного удовлетворения требований прекращается по истечении одного года со дня их возникновения, за исключением требований, указанных в пункте 6 статьи 283 настоящего Кодекса, право преимущественного удовлетворения которых прекращается по истечении шести месяцев со дня их возникновения.
