Нотариус или иное должностное лицо, указанное в статье 266 настоящего Кодекса, на основании морского протеста, других представленных документов и материалов, включая судовой журнал, сведений, полученных при опросе капитана, а в случае необходимости - и других членов экипажа, составляет акт о морском протесте и заверяет его в установленном порядке.
