Статья 222. Начисление процентов на суммы, возмещаемые по общей аварии

На сумму расходов и другие суммы, возмещаемые в порядке распределения общей аварии, начисляются семь процентов годовых с момента осуществления расходов до составления диспаши. Если до составления диспаши в порядке распределения общей аварии были произведены какие-либо выплаты, проценты на уплаченные суммы начисляются по день их уплаты.
