В случаях, предусмотренных статьями 202, 203 и 206 настоящего Кодекса, страхователь или выгодоприобретатель обязан передать страховщику документы и вещественные доказательства, а также сообщить ему сведения, необходимые для осуществления страховщиком перешедших к нему прав.
