Договор о фрахтовании судна на время должен быть заключен в письменной форме. Наличие и содержание договора подтверждаются документом, подписанным сторонами. Копии договоров бербоут-чартера хранятся в архиве морской администрации Кыргызской Республики в течение всего срока их действия.
