Организатор круиза обязан до начала путешествия привести судно в мореходное состояние в соответствии со статьей 102 настоящего Кодекса, а также обеспечить безопасность пассажирских зон, наличие спасательных средств и квалифицированного персонала для обслуживания участников круиза.
