1. Отправитель груза и фрахтователь обязаны возместить перевозчику убытки, понесенные по их вине или по вине лиц, за действия которых они отвечают.
2. Отправитель, не являющийся одной из сторон договора о перевозке груза, отвечает за убытки, понесенные по его вине перевозчиком.
