Внести в Закон Кыргызской Республики "О естественных монополиях в Кыргызской Республике" (Ведомости Жогорку Кенеша Кыргызской Республики, 2011 г., № 7, ст.1052) следующие изменения: в статье 20:
а) в абзаце втором слова "25 процентов" заменить словами "не менее 50 процентов";
б) абзац третий изложить в следующей редакции:
"Порядок формирования и использования, а также объем средств данного Фонда определяются Кабинетом Министров Кыргызской Республики.".
