1. Стороны медиации вправе по своему усмотрению договориться о языке, который будет использоваться в процессе проведения медиации.
2. Стороны медиации вправе привлечь переводчика в рамках проведения процедуры медиации.
3. Медиативное соглашение может быть заключено на государственном или официальном языке по выбору сторон.
