Внести в Кодекс Кыргызской Республики о неналоговых доходах (Ведомости Жогорку Кенеша Кыргызской Республики, 2018 г., № 7-8, ст.490) следующее изменение:
абзац второй части 3 статьи 140 изложить в следующей редакции: «Взимаемая нотариусом государственная пошлина уплачивается в день совершения нотариального действия и выдачи документов, имеющих юридическое значение.».
