1. Лица с инвалидностью имеют право осуществлять трудовую деятельность.
2. Лицам с инвалидностью с учетом индивидуальных программ реабилитации или абилитации обеспечивается право работать в обычных или адаптированных условиях труда, в том числе с применением разумных приспособлений, а также заниматься индивидуальной предпринимательской деятельностью, не запрещенной законодательством Кыргызской Республики.
