Внести в Закон Кыргызской Республики "Об Адвокатуре Кыргызской Республики и адвокатской деятельности" (Ведомости Жогорку Кенеша Кыргызской Республики, 2014 г., № 7, ст.672) следующее изменение: статью 15 после слов "лицензию на право занятия адвокатской деятельностью" дополнить словами ", владеющий государственным языком".
