1. Цифровая идентификация в цифровых сообществах осуществляется в соответствии с правилами сообщества.
2. Передача идентификаторов и содержащих их цифровых записей лицам, не являющимся участниками сообщества, не допускается, за исключением случаев, установленных законом.
