Статья 14. Срок профилактического учета

1. Профилактический учет осуществляется до погашения судимости.
2. В случае если в период осуществления профилактического учета возникнут основания, предусмотренные пунктами 1 и 2 части 1 статьи 15 настоящего Закона, исчисление срока начинается заново с момента вступления в законную силу нового приговора суда.
