Внести в Закон Кыргызской Республики "О хозяйственных товариществах и обществах" от 15 ноября 1996 года № 60 следующее изменение: подпункт 3 пункта 1 статьи 39 изложить в следующей редакции: "3) финансовая отчетность общества должна быть подтверждена заключением аудиторской организации;".
